I was Poisoned for so long so my sincere wish is that my blog can help you be glad and happy where you are right now, and stay positive through everyday life challenges.
This is a song my daughter wrote for me. I am truly the luckiest father in the world, and I’m thrilled to share it with all of you.
Last Tuesday I was half way to hundred, but it did not turn out as I planned or expected. I haven’t really celebrated, or wanted to celebrate, my birthday since I was twelve. However, after becoming #NOTPOISONED, I started planning my 50th birthday about fourteen months ago. I figured having saved so much on parties in the past 30 years, I could dig into my savings, and take my family to the Caribbean.
Today I got a feedback from one of my readers. After reading POISONED, she focused on gratitude. During her regular walk in the woods, she felt thankfulness filling her mind and body, then she discovered this heart in the moss. It was like a sign from the universe that her gratitude worked, filling her with love. Start looking for signs confirming your gratitude throughout the day.

You may have flown on a commercial airplane before. If you have, you know that while the plane is taxiing toward the runway, the flight attendants line up in the aisle and go through the safety instructions.
From early childhood, we are indoctrinated with the idea that someone knows and there is a right answer to everything—when in reality, nothing could be further from the truth. Depending on where we grow up and what society we come from, we are indoctrinated to believe that there is only one right way to live. But this is not true.
